Vinohradská 37 is an eight-storey house from the 1890s in the lower part of Vinohradská třída. It is a building with a completely leased area of approximately 21,500 sq ft, most of which are offices, but on the ground floor there is also a showroom of interior accessories and a showroom of a residential developer. There are 30 underground parking spaces.

ICP Group acquired this project from a private foreign investor. “In 2020, we completed a thorough, but very sensitive reconstruction, the aim of which was to restore the building to its original appearance and at the same time create a modern work environment equipped with the latest technologies,” says Ondřej David.
