On a really generous plot of land, we plan to build two, modern, above-standard, production or storage halls with a total area of approximately 160,000 sq ft with a clearance height of 23–33 feet. We are currently finalizing the first of them, construction of the second one will begin at the turn of 2021/2022.

“The halls will have administrative and social facilities. The internal layout will be tailored to the requirements of the tenants. We will offer future tenants modern premises, customised to their own needs in a unique location,” says Jakub Gleta.
