Technopark is an office building, completed in 2003, located at the intersection of Prague’s Stodůlky and Jinonice districts, just a 7-minute walk from the Nové Butovice metro station. With a capacity of 153 outdoor and underground parking spaces, the building’s technical specifications and consistently low operational costs attest to its thoughtful design and the use of high-quality materials. The offices, featuring large windows, ensure ample natural light, user comfort, and views of the surrounding greenery. Additionally, the building is close to the Rozvadovská spojka, a key connector between the city center and the D5 highway, making it an ideal location for companies targeting Germany and Western Bohemia.

“Thanks to the building’s untapped potential at the time of acquisition, we were able to secure it under favorable conditions. At the time, it was only about 65% occupied. We successfully increased this number significantly, and even during the pandemic, we remained above 80%. In September 2021, we sold the building as a fully stabilized project to the Gemini Eye Clinic, which used part of the building for its own purposes,” says Marcel Hrošovský. ICP also installed electric vehicle charging stations at the property.
