This made it the largest window manufacturer in the country. \u201cWe also invested in additional acquisitions, including a majority stake in Incon, a Slovak window manufacturer based in Prievidza,\u201d adds Marcel Hro\u0161ovsk\u00fd. After this acquisition, the company operated four manufacturing plants in L\u00e1zn\u011b Tou\u0161e\u0148, Velk\u00e9 Mezi\u0159\u00ed\u010d\u00ed, Husinec, and Za\u0161ov\u00e1, employing 850 people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We entered the company at a time when it was struggling with financial issues caused by excessive bank loans. We successfully converted the debt into capital, significantly reducing costs related to principal and interest repayments.
