ICP Group has built a strong partnership in the U.S. with the experienced developer Index Invest, specializing in multi-generational residential complexes in Sweden and North America. Through passive participation, we joined the Seaward Landing project, which involves the construction of several multi-generational homes with 45 units on the Florida Keys, 24 kilometers south of the Florida coast.
The project was completed and received occupancy approval in October 2020. The units were subsequently rented, and the complex was sold to a third-party investor as a revenue-generating asset in December 2021. “For ICP Group, this project was an exceptional opportunity to gain valuable experience from a strong local partner with a long-standing track record,” says Daniel Vopat.
